Brazil : Continued Suspension of Countervailing Duty on Certain Aluminium Products Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 88/2023 of 20 January 2023 regarding the imposition of a countervailing duty (CVD) order and temporary suspension of the CVD through 31 March 2023 on certain aluminium products classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 7606.11.90, 7606.12.90, 7606.91.00, 7606.92.00, 7607.11.90 and 7607.19.90 originating in the Mainland of China, the Brazilian Government issued Resolution No. 458/2023 to continue the suspension of the CVD for an additional 3 months through 30 June 2023.
