Argentina : Rescission of Anti-dumping Duty Order on Poly(ethylene terephthalate) in Granules Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 495/2023 of 20 July 2023 regarding the suspension of anti-dumping (AD) measures imposed on poly(ethylene terephthalate) in granules, with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.70 or more but not more than 0.86 decilitres per gram, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 3907.61.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Argentine Government issued Resolution No. 1695/2023 announcing its rescission of the subject AD Duty Order.
