In order to adopt the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM) Number 15 "Guidelines for Regulating Wood Packaging Material in International Trade", the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) promulgated the "Administrative Measures on Quarantine Treatment of Exported Wood Packaging Material" on 10 January 2005, which will take effect on 1 March 2005.
