The Mainland of China : Interim Measures on Complaint Services for
Businesses Outside China
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) promulgated the "Interim Measures on Complaint Services for Businesses Outside China" on 16 August 2006, which took effect from the date of promulgation. The Measures set out the scope of complaint services handled by the Complaint Services Centre for Businesses Outside China set up by MOC, the Centre's responsibilities, and the procedures in handling complaints, etc. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
