The Mainland of China : Rate of Anti-dumping Duties against Imports of Polyurethane (Spandex) from Singapore
In respect of the anti-dumping measures against imports of polyurethane (spandex) from Singapore, the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 68/2008 on 19 September 2008, announcing that from 22 September 2008, the English name of INVISTA (Singapore) Fibres Pte. Ltd., which is involved in the final ruling of the anti-dumping investigation against polyurethane (spandex), would change to INVISTA SINGAPORE FIBRES PTE. LTD.and the 10.85% anti-dumping duty rate is still applicable. For details, please make reference to MOC's notice at:
