The Mainland of China : Anti-dumping Investigation against Imports of Photographic Paper and Paper Board from the European Union, the United States and Japan
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 93/2010 on 23 December 2010 announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation against imports of photographic paper and paper board from the European Union, the United States and Japan. The relevant tariff codes are 3703 1010, 3703 2010 and 3703 9010.

For anti-dumping investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Fair Trade for Imports and Exports to participate in the defence of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 23 December 2010). In the application, interested parties should submit information about the quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland during 1 July 2009-30 June 2010. For industry injury investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Industry Injury Investigation to participate in the investigation within 20 days from the date of the announcement. In the application, interested parties should submit information about their manufacturing capacity, production volume, inventory level and details of any expansion plans, as well as quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland during 1 January 2007-30 June 2010.
