The Mainland of China : Anti-dumping Investigation against Imports of M-dihydroxybenzene from Japan and the United States
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 13/2012 on 23 March 2012 to announce the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation against imports of m-dihydroxybenzene from Japan and the United States. The relevant tariff code is 2907 2100, under which m-dihydroxybenzene salt is excluded from this investigation.
DETAILS
2.For anti-dumping investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Fair Trade for Imports and Exports to participate in the defence of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of announcement (i.e. 23 March 2012). In the application, interested parties should submit information about the quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland during 1 October 2010 - 30 September 2011. For industry injury investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Industry Injury Investigation to participate in the investigation within 20 days from the date of the announcement. In the application, interested parties should submit information about their manufacturing capacity, production volume, inventory level and details of any expansion plans, as well as quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland during 1 January 2009 - 30 September 2011.
