The Mainland of China : Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Monoethanolamine and Diethanolamine from Japan, the United States, Malaysia and the Taiwan Province
In respect of the anti-dumping measures against imports of monoethanolamine and diethanolamine from Japan, the United States, Malaysia and the Taiwan Province, the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 17/2013 on 18 March 2013, announcing that Petronas Chemicals Derivatives Sdn. Bhd. would inherit the rights and obligations in the anti-dumping measures against monoethanolamine and diethanolamine from OPTIMAL Chemicals (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd with effect from 19 March 2013.
