The Mainland of China : Extension of Anti-dumping Investigation against Imports of Solar-grade Polysilicon from the European Union
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) initiated an anti-dumping investigation against imports of solar-grade polysilicon from the European Union on 1 November 2012. The relevant tariff code of the product is 2804 6190, under which electronic-grade polysilicon is not covered in this investigation. Details of the case were set out in CIC No. 912/2012 dated 7 November 2012.
DETAILS
2.The MOC announced in its Notice No. 81/2013 dated 31 October 2013 the decision to extend the investigation period for the case by six months to 1 May 2014.
