Prohibited Imports of the Mainland
Goods that can enjoy the tariff preference under the CEPA do not include those prohibited by the Mainland's rules and regulations and those prohibited as a result of the implementation of international treaties by the Mainland, as well as products that Mainland has made special commitments in relevant international agreements. Commercial Information Circulars issued by our Department on prohibited imports of the Mainland are listed below for reference. This is not an exhaustive list of prohibited imports of the Mainland which are currently in force.
