Change of Registration Particulars

In case of any change of registration particulars, registrants are required to immediately inform the Director-General of Trade and Industry in writing. For making the amendment, please download the Application for Amendment of Registration Particulars [TID 133] (pdf format).

Duly completed application form together with relevant supporting documents, e.g. copies of Certificates of Change of Name (CR) or copy of relevant rental contract etc. should be lodged by hand or by mail to the Manifest Checking Unit, Trade and Industry Department, Room 1604, 16/F, Trade and Industry Tower, 3 Concorde Road, Kowloon City, Hong Kong. Registrants can also submit the application by electronic submission.
