Free Trade Agreement between Hong Kong, China and Chile

Updated Commitments on Trade in Services

Pursuant to a review conducted in accordance with the mechanism established under the Free Trade Agreement between Hong Kong, China and Chile (FTA), the two parties signed an exchange of notes on 18 January 2022 to confirm their respective broadened and deepened market access commitments on trade in services under the FTA.
