User Login Account - ULA
(E) ACTIVATION AND LOGIN PROCEDURES
1.
For first-time login by eligible traders, please follow the steps below to activate your User Login Account :
STEPS
- To input the Business Registration Number of your company/ registered business (11 digits).
- To input the Hong Kong ID Card/Passport Number of the Signatory (Note) of your company/registered business as registered under the TTR or FR.
(Note: For TTR, the Signatory is the person who signed the Undertaking on behalf of the company/registered business in the TTR Application Form. For FR, the Signatory is the person who signed the Declaration and Undertaking on behalf of the company/registered business in the FR Application Form.) - To read and agree to be abide by the Terms and Conditions.
- To view the registration details of the eligible company/registered business, and to confirm activation of the ULA.
- To input certain particulars (including Name of the Contact Person, Position of the Contact Person, Day-Time Contact Telephone Number and a valid Correspondence e-mail Address).
- To set your Login Name and Login Password.
- The ULA is activated.

Procedures for logging in an activated User Login Account are as follows:
STEPS
- To input the Login ID/Name.
- To input the Login Password for the account.
- To enter the main menu of the User Login Account.
- To log out after use.

A ULA holder can perform the following by inputting the Business Registration Number of the eligible company/registered business, and the Hong Kong ID Card/Passport Number of the Signatory (Note) of the company/registered business as registered under the TTR or FR:
- To enquire about the login name in case forgotten and the usable functions of the ULA; and
- To reset the password in case the ULA holders have forgotten their Passwords or have been denied access to their E-Accounts due to repeated login failure.
4.
A ULA holder can also perform the following functions in ULA:
- to change Login Password; and
- to amend particulars provided in the ULA.
